Melissa and Andrea lived in Dubai during the formative years of theirs and the city's life. Absorbing the local Arabic culture and cuisine while retaining their own distinctly different Indian heritage while dining at the city's many restaurants (be it the fine dining venues or little dhaaba tea shops!) Melissa then relocated to the US and Andrea to Australia and this blog and it's adventures, experiments and blunders in the kitchen keep us in touch and giggling on two continents!
