Delicious!

Having just arrived in Australia, Stanley set out to figure out which tea time biscuits, cake and snacks would be a permanent on his menu.

We initially weren’t too sure about chocolate covered sponge cake dusted with coconut but it’s soon become a fast favourite of his!

Maybe one day soon I’ll be able to get back into the kitchen and bake a batch – for now it’s the packaged version from Coles!
