Moist apple cake

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup oil
2 cups dark brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 1/2 cup apples diced or just 3 apples diced
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat the butter with sugar and drizzle in the oil and beat for 4-5 mins  Add the eggs, one at a time, beat for another 2-3 mins and add the vanilla. mix about 1/2 cup pf the flour with the apples and set aside. Add the remaining flour along with  the cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder gently and then toss in the apples.
